Important international company is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter

Requirements:

• High level of English C1, Conversational (Indispensable)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience managing the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to job offer acceptance.
• Experience in dynamic work environments and high-volume hiring processes.
• Solid talent sourcing and attraction skills using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process, from vacancy profile definition to job offer acceptance and coordination of the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each position, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards and relevant recruitment channels.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, searches, and other recruitment tools.
• Review resumes and job applications, as well as conduct pre-selection interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain constant communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Support the preparation of job offers, reference validation, background checks, and pre-hiring processes, as necessary.
• Keep candidate and hiring information updated and organized in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment systems.
