Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in electronic components. Conversational English is indispensable, strong oral communication. Verifiable experience in: Leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016, APQP, PPAP, VDA 6.3, and VDA 6.8, MMOG/AIAG. Experience with OEM customers. Responsibilities: Manage raw material sourcing. Management of electronic components. Management of specialized materials. Act with domestic and foreign suppliers considering total cost of acquisition. Inventory management, lead times, and supply risks. Handling of Dynamics. Supplier evaluation. Preparation of projections and indicators, material demand analysis. Cost reduction through value analysis and supplier localization. We offer: Salary: $50,000 gross. Statutory benefits + Grocery vouchers. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Location: Huamantla, Tlaxcala.
