The position:

Within a highly technical industrial environment, you will manage development projects for mechatronic machines and equipment, from the definition of needs to their realization. You will work on complex projects integrating several machines or sub-assemblies, with significant stakes in terms of performance, quality, costs, deadlines, and risks.

Coris Innovation is looking for its new Mechatronics Development Project Manager M/F. You are the interface between the client, internal teams, and external partners and ensure the coordination of the different trades involved in the projects, in a multidisciplinary and international context.

Main missions:

• Manage machine development projects, from the definition of needs to realization and commissioning.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners: mechanics, electricity, electronics, and other technical functions.
• Guarantee the consideration of client needs and ensure the interface with various interlocutors.
• Anticipate risks, monitor progress, and guarantee the achievement of project objectives.
• Manage the resolution of technical and organizational issues encountered during the project.
• Intervene in the field during testing, installation, fine-tuning, and problem-solving phases.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements and quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Profile sought:

With a Master's degree / Engineer or equivalent, you have approximately 10 years of experience in mechatronics, including 3 to 7 years in project management, ideally in the development of machines or industrial equipment.

You have a generalist technical profile with solid skills in electricity and electronics, as well as a good mastery of project management and coordination methods. You are proficient in IT tools and ERP used in an industrial environment.

Autonomous, organized, and pragmatic, you know how to operate in complex, multidisciplinary, and international environments. You have a minimum English level of B2, C1 preferred, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to unite multiple interlocutors. Occasional international travel of about one week is to be expected.
