Responsibilities:
Property Operations Leadership - Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of accommodation operations. Guest Experience Leadership - Maintain oversight of the complete guest journey, from pre-arrival through departure and post-stay engagement. Maintenance Coordination - Ensure maintenance defects are correctly identified, documented, prioritised, and escalated.
Requirements:
Minimum of a BSC 7 years of previous experience in a similar role
