Join Bab & Bingsoo as a Full-Time Café Service Crew member, delivering excellent customer service, managing café operations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment during evening and late-night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and set up daily café operations to ensure smooth service
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Take and assist with customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café to uphold hygiene standards
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new customers
- Perform closing duties including end-of-day cleaning to maintain café readiness
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and service stations to ensure operational efficiency
- Support additional café operational tasks as needed to contribute to team success
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant café or F&B experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable and able to work late-night shifts until 1:00 AM regularly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to the specified working schedule including weekends
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in café operations, cashiering, and customer service

Jalan Besar, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Farrer Park MRT
Working Schedule
- Tuesday: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Wednesday to Sunday: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (30-minute break)
- Monday: Off
Salary
From S$2,500 per month, commensurate with experience and skills
