Responsibilities and assignments

  • Support the team in Cost and Capex controlling activities by developing a delivery tracking model;
  • Contribute actively to team development through the improvement and guidance of activities to be performed;
  • Ensure timely deliveries through the monitoring of daily, monthly, and annual processes and routines;
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of final reports through the monitoring of the monthly accounting closing;
  • Support Opex and Capex management through constant interaction with operations and support areas;
  • Assist in the periodic routine of the operational flow by maintaining and supervising the reflection on the cost/accounting structure;
  • Ensure support to business leadership by distributing and structuring production cost results, inventory impact, and CPV, through statements and charts stratifying the main variations;
  • Control fixed and variable costs, applying matrix methods and statistical analysis, through interaction with areas in actions for structural reduction through actual vs. budgeted comparative analyses;
  • Ensure the conduct of the operations' results management routine through the execution of regular meetings;
  • Assist management through the preparation of operational cost management reports;
  • Ensure the area's results through the management of the team's key performance indicators (KPI);
  • Support monthly accounting/financial reporting (Reporting Pack) by coordinating the delivery of closing information;
  • Support economic feasibility analyses of projects through data collection and projections;
  • Support change management through process analysis, planning, and implementation of efficiency improvements within them.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA;
  • Advanced/fluent English;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Controlling.

Desirable requirements:

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably TOTVS;
  • Knowledge of Cost and Capex management;
  • Knowledge of Office, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence.
