Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to support the preparation, coordination, and documentation of mechanical works.

About our company: We are a contracting company specialized in MEP works , covering mechanical and electrical systems for various projects.

Our mechanical scope includes Firefighting Systems and HVAC / Central Air Conditioning , while our electrical scope covers complete electrical works, including rough-ins, wiring, finishing, fire alarm, and security systems. Responsibilities Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.

Prepare As-Built drawings based on actual site execution.

Prepare and follow up on invoices, statements, and project documentation.

Coordinate with site engineers and follow up on mechanical works progress.

Review drawings and ensure site execution matches approved designs.

Support quantity takeoffs and other technical office activities.

Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2–3 years of relevant experience in a Mechanical Technical Office role.

Experience in contracting or MEP companies is preferred.

Good command of AutoCAD .

Working knowledge of Revit and 3D Modeling .

Practical experience with HVAC and/or Firefighting systems .

Ability to read and coordinate mechanical drawings.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Background Experience in MEP contracting companies , particularly HVAC and Firefighting projects.

Note: Candidates must have relevant Mechanical Technical Office experience. Architecture, Electrical, or BIM experience without a relevant mechanical background will not be considered.
