• Cut and prepare meat products according to recipes and instructions • Operate cooking machines and check that meat is cooked properly • Load and remove meat from cooking equipment • Report any product issues to the supervisor • Clean equipment, tools and work areas • Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Comfortable handling meat and working in a hot kitchen • Able to perform hands-on, physical work • Able to follow instructions and work in a team • Food production experience is an advantage
