Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Sell to walk-in clients on the store floor, guiding them from browsing to purchase

Respond to enquiries and direct messages on Instagram and other channels, and convert them into confirmed sales

Follow up with clients who enquired online or visited without buying, and bring them back

Build and maintain a client list, driving repeat purchases through consistent follow-up

Develop strong product knowledge, including origins and the stories behind each piece, and use it to sell

Support the store's online visibility through product and store content

Maintain the presentation and experiential standard of the store

Record all enquiries, follow-ups, and sales accurately on the CRM and report on them

Requirements:

Minimum of an OND in any discipline Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales role Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Instagram and basic content creation

Interest in luxury, culture, travel, or lifestyle brands

Presentable and professional, in keeping with a refined retail environment

Available to work Monday to Saturday, on-site in Victoria Island

Remuneration:  NGN 200,000 – 250,000 (Net) plus commission on sales
