The teacher is responsible for ensuring the academic, social, and emotional development of students, promoting a safe, positive, and bilingual environment. Their duties include:Planning and teaching lessons following IB principles.Evaluating and monitoring student progress.Collaborating with colleagues and participating in pedagogical planning.Using resources and technology effectively.Maintaining communication with families and supporting new students.Ensuring the well-being, safety, and learning of students.Participating in continuous training and contributing to the school community.Responsibilities and dutiesMain Activities:Planning their activities and preparing the material necessary for their execution;Teaching lessons;Carrying children, changing diapers;Making the day's teaching visible to students and the school community;Maintaining records of class activities and reporting on them when requested;Systematically evaluating their work and student performance;Exercising subject coordination;Participating in meetings with coordination, fellow teachers, students, and parents;Caring for the physical, cognitive, and emotional aspects of students;Integrating with the school's complementary bodies;and other related activities.
