COREcruitment is growing, and we're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Amsterdam team.

If you have agency recruitment experience, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by winning business, making placements and earning uncapped commission , this could be your next move.

You'll join an international recruitment business with a strong presence across multiple markets and a team that values ambition, collaboration and having fun along the way.

What we're looking for

You're ambitious, commercially minded and enjoy making things happen.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience
• Experience within hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantage
• A natural ability to build relationships and communicate with people
• A self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your own desk
• Strong business development skills, including generating leads and winning new clients
• Confidence negotiating contracts and developing client relationships
• The ability to manage a large existing database while handling a high volume of applications and enquiries
• A genuine drive to build a successful recruitment career
