Procurement Team Leader

Lead and supervise the procurement team.

Manage suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate prices and terms.

Source materials, equipment, and services according to project requirements.

Review quotations and ensure the best quality and cost.

Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse teams.

Monitor market prices and develop new suppliers.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approved budgets.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .

7–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.

Previous team leadership experience.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.
