At Comercializadora Gi Siman, we are looking for a person who understands our customers' needs, identifies the right products, and prepares accurate, competitive quotations with verified supply conditions.
Your tasks
YOUR MISSION To be the link between the customer's need and the solution that Gi Siman proposes. You will use your technical expertise, commercial judgment, and artificial intelligence to improve requirement gathering, reduce errors, and provide clear and timely service.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Analyze requisitions, bills of materials, specifications, and part numbers received via email, WhatsApp, and other commercial channels.
- Converse with buyers and technical users to clarify applications, operating conditions, and missing data.
- Identify products and validate characteristics, compatibility, accessories, and documentation through official data sheets and consultations with specialists.
- Compare supplier offers considering technical compliance, cost, availability, and delivery time.
- Prepare quotations with complete prices, margins, scopes, and commercial conditions.
- Explain alternatives to the customer and document their approval.
- Follow up on opportunities and coordinate information with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Logistics.
- Apply AI and digital tools to structure requests, detect inconsistencies, compare information, and streamline tasks, always verifying their results.

Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum five years of experience in quotations, technical sales, commercial support, or industrial procurement.
- At least three years preparing multi-item quotations and managing different suppliers.
- Provable mastery of two or more families from our portfolio.
- Experience serving buyers and managers in maintenance, engineering, construction, production, or industrial safety.
- Ability to interpret technical data sheets, identify part numbers, and evaluate alternatives.
- Management of costs, discounts, margins, and supply conditions.
- Advanced Excel and experience with CRM, ERP, or equivalent systems.
- Technical English to consult documentation and communicate in writing with suppliers.
- Practical use of AI applied to commercial work, with the judgment to verify information and protect customer data.
- We prefer a background in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
- We also consider other educational backgrounds with demonstrable industrial technical experience.
WE ESPECIALLY VALUE
- Experience in industrial trading companies, specialized distributors, or manufacturers.
- Participation in industrial projects, material homologation, and supply tenders.
- Use of OCR, process automation, and commercial information analysis.
- Active listening, precision, organization, and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
- We want to know how you ask, how you verify, and how you solve.
- During the selection process, we will conduct a practical exercise involving requirement analysis and quotation preparation, using AI and technical validation.
