Test Manager_in

Our products are used in many banks and large companies and cover a wide spectrum of application areas beyond portfolio and risk management and use in treasury and risk controlling, such as performance measurement, order management, limit calculation, liquidity management, cash management, Basel II and III, ALM, EMIR, and many more.

To further drive expansion in this environment, we are looking for an immediate: 1 Test Manager_in part-time from 30 h, as well as full-time with 38.5 h

Your tasks:

• You coordinate, define, and maintain binding test standards for test depth, test coverage, and documentation

• You structure and control our test management in Azure DevOps, including Test Suites, Test Cases, and Naming Conventions

• You coordinate Continuous Testing and Release Testing across our Scrum teams

• You ensure transparency regarding test progress, risks, open issues, and Release Readiness

• You ensure that testers are involved early in Requirements Engineering and acceptance tests

• You coordinate End-to-End tests along real customer processes and functional priorities

• You ensure the quality of bug tickets towards development

• You strategically and standardizedly drive Test Automation with Selenium and C# further

Ideally, you bring:

• Several years of experience in software testing or test management in agile teams

• Sound testing know-how, especially test design, test documentation, and release testing

• Experience with test management tools, ideally Azure DevOps

• Experience with test automation, ideally Selenium and C#

• Analytical, independent, and structured way of working

• Strong communication and assertiveness skills

• Reliability, accuracy, and high quality awareness

• Good English skills

For this position, depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer a salary of EUR 46,000.00 to EUR 63,000.00 gross/year (38.5 hours per week) plus bonus. Overpayment is possible depending on qualification and experience.
