ACTIVITIES:
- Design and execute visual merchandising strategies that elevate our stores' aesthetics and maximize sales.
- Transform commercial spaces into memorable visual experiences aligned with the brand identity.
- Analyze sales and turnover metrics to optimize product placement.
- Train the Store Manager and Sales Advisors by enabling exhibition operational competencies and techniques.
- Management of: Google Workspace, Visor Design Review, Open Space, and iOs Operating System.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years in the Retail sector (Fashion, Departmental, or Home) performing Visual Merchandising or Window Dressing functions. Experience executing complex visual guides in large-format stores or Fast Fashion chains (e.g., Inditex, H&M, Miniso, Departmental), ensuring brand standardization across multiple zones.
- Schedule availability
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Availability to travel.
