At cøpenhagen BALI, we value quality, consistency, and a strong kitchen team. We are looking for a motivated Commis to join our kitchen team in Canggu.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily kitchen preparation and service.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and SOPs.
• Maintain consistency in portion, taste, presentation, and quality.
• Keep the workstation clean, organised, and ready for service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service.

What We’re Looking For Female

• Previous experience as a Commis or Kitchen Staff.
• Experience working in a high-volume café or restaurant.
• Exposure to Western cuisine is required.
• Good basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Fast, organised, and able to work under pressure.
• Reliable, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
