Cooperl - ERP Consultant (M/F)

With more than 30 industrial sites and 100 points of sale in France and 20 sites internationally, the Group is pursuing its development abroad and structuring its international IS core models. Within the Direction des Systèmes d'Information (180 employees), we are recruiting a senior ERP Business Central Consultant to lead deployment and evolution projects for our application solutions in our international subsidiaries.

Position based in Lamballe (22) - Start: Asap

Your environment: Reporting to the Responsable du système d'information international, you will join a team (5 employees) dedicated to international deployments and the evolution of our core models. You will work within an ecosystem of integrated software packages, including notably the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as complementary tools (BI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, métier software, IA) and the associated interfaces and data flows.

Your missions: ERP Project Management:

• Lead Business Central deployments in subsidiaries: scoping, workshops in English, configuration, testing, training, go-live
• Coordinate integrators and external service providers

Business Process Analysis:

• Analyze processes (finance, purchasing, sales, stocks) and formalize needs and specifications
• Evolve our core models and harmonize practices between subsidiaries

Expertise and Knowledge Transfer:

• Ensure level 2/3 functional support and ERP evolutions
• Support the skill development of the team's junior consultants
• Provide additional support on other applications within the scope

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (engineering school or university) in IT / information systems
• Deep functional knowledge of Business Central (or Dynamics NAV), with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Project management: several ERP deployments led, ideally internationally
• Analysis and knowledge of business processes (finance, purchasing, sales, supply chain)
• Fluent English
• Rigor, pedagogy, sense of service
