Your tasks

Rotterdam, Weena 664 40 hours HBO As Team Leader Customer Service German-speaking, you will lead a team of German-speaking Customer Service employees. You ensure that your team members bring a smile to our customers' faces. You ensure optimal cooperation and a positive working atmosphere within your team and connection with other departments. Both colleagues and team members can approach you if they have questions about developments within your domain.

What do you do as Team Leader Customer Service German-speaking at Coolblue?

• Determining team objectives regarding, for example: customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and productivity. You ensure that your team pursues and achieves these goals.
• Providing remote guidance and on-the-job coaching to your team members, but also developing your team (members) at the office approximately twice a week.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making an active contribution to improvement projects.
• You are responsible for your team members at the HR and file level: you conduct contract, development, absenteeism, and performance reviews, carefully record agreements, and involve HR when necessary.

Requirements

• You are available for 40 hours.
• You have at least HBO working and thinking level.
• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a leadership position.
• You excel at coaching, multitasking, and communicating.
• You have a flexible working attitude. Working in the evening and on the weekend is not a problem for you.
• You see opportunities and think in solutions that work for everyone.
• You are able to prioritize, organize, and plan your own activities.
• You master the German and English languages flawlessly, both spoken and written.
