Plumbing Installer

Cool Willy’s HVAC & Plumbing is growing fast, and we’re looking for motivated, skilled, and customer-focused Plumbing Installers to join our expanding team. If you take pride in your work, love solving problems, and want to be part of a company that values you like family, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, including:
Water heaters (standard and tankless)
Toilets, faucets, and shower valves
Water filtration systems
Sewer and drain systems
Other general plumbing installation work
Gas piping
Fresh water piping
Sewer piping
Water filtration systems
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of plumbing and/or sewer install experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
Ability to read blueprints and follow job specs
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A friendly attitude with top-notch customer service
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekend work as needed)
