The Opportunity

Our inside team handles the scheduling — you focus on closing deals and making money .

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners across theTuscon (pre-set appointments)

Build trust quickly and identify customer needs

Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions

Explain financing options and close the deal

Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams

Compensation & Benefits

$125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)

Strong closing ability in a short sales cycle

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to pass background and drug screening

Schedule

5 days per week with rotating weekends

Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand

On-call as needed
