Rotating Receptionist (M/F)

Polyglot, smiling, and organized? We are looking for a Rotating Receptionist for a hotel. Daytime position (with night shifts during holidays and absences), ideal for flexible profiles wishing to evolve in the hospitality industry.

Job Description: You ensure the welcome, check-in, and check-out of guests You manage reservations, billing, and payments You provide information to guests regarding hotel services and the region You answer telephone calls and emails You perform night audits according to a rotating schedule (day, evening, night) You coordinate information with other departments (housekeeping, floor, restaurant)

Profile Sought: Training in hospitality / tourism (BTS, Bac Pro, equivalent) Proven experience in hotel reception Fluent English mandatory; other languages appreciated Mastery of hotel management software (PMS: Opera, Amadeus, Protel.) Sense of service, neat presentation, reactivity, and stress management Availability
