SHIFT RECEPTIONIST (M/F)

Within the reception of a high-quality hotel, you will ensure the welcome and stay of guests in compliance with the establishment's standards.

Working on rotating shifts (day, evening, night), you will be one of the pivots of customer relations and internal organization.

Main missions:

Welcome, check-in / check-out and customer relations Management of reservations, invoicing and payments Responding to inquiries (telephone, email, in person) Providing information and advice to guests about the establishment and the destination Carrying out night audits and coordination with other departments Maintaining and updating the PMS (hotel management software)

COOK INTÉRIM is looking for the following profile:

Hospitality / tourism training (BTS, Bac Pro, equivalent) Proven experience in hotel reception Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages appreciated Mastery of a PMS (Opera, Amadeus, Protel...) Neat presentation, sense of service and discretion Availability for rotating shifts
