Qualifications/Requirements: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or estimating Construction or demolition estimating experience, with a solid understanding of estimating and project costs Someone who can read drawings and prepare quantity take-offs Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills Good written and verbal English communication skills Willing to learn and build knowledge in asbestos and hazardous-material projects Experience in asbestos or hazardous materials is a plus, but not required
