SELF-CONTAINED TEACHER - ELEMENTARY LEVEL

Colegio Jordán de Sajonia Bilingüe is searching for a dedicated Self-contained Teacher for Elementary Level, committed to nurturing the comprehensive academic growth of our students.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a B2 level of English
  • Equivalent degree in Mathematics with a B2 level of English and experience as a self-contained teacher in elementary education
  • Bachelors degree in Modern Languages with an emphasis on English
  • Bachelors degree in Foreign Languages with an emphasis on English
  • Bachelors degree in Bilingualism
  • Bachelors degree in English
  • English Proficiency: B2 - C1

Responsibilities:

  • Instruction in English covering various subjects for elementary grades.
  • Development and execution of personalized lesson plans tailored to accommodate diverse learning needs.
  • Holistic assessment of students, emphasizing the development of mathematical, scientific, social, and linguistic skills.
  • Encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive and participatory activities.
  • Integration of innovative pedagogical methods and multimedia resources to facilitate concept comprehension.
  • Collaboration with fellow educators to promote curriculum integration and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  • Implementation of differentiated strategies to address varied learning styles and pacing among students.
  • Providing individualized guidance and monitoring to ensure academic and socio-emotional progress.

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of experience as a Self-contained Teacher in elementary education.
  • 1 year of experience as a Self-contained Teacher for students aged between 5 and 12 years old.
