Your tasks
You will perform pest management services using various treatment methods to control pests, inspect properties to identify issues, and advise clients on best practices while ensuring safety and compliance.
- Perform pest management treatments including spraying, fogging, and baiting at various locations to control pests such as roaches, ants, rodents, birds, and termites
- Inspect properties to identify pest problems and implement effective solutions based on assessment
- Receive and evaluate work orders and requests to determine necessary pest control actions
- Operate spraying equipment, bait guns, power foggers, and hand tools safely and effectively during pest control tasks
- Ensure the safety of clients and their customers while performing pest management duties
- Comply with workplace safety regulations and maintain pest control equipment properly
- Advise clients on pest management best practices and address their concerns
- Manage client service records and prepare reports on pest control activities
- Collaborate with team members to deliver pest control services efficiently
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of a valid NEA Vector Control license is an advantage
- Ability to start work on short notice is preferred
