*JOB SUMMARY*

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable, attentive service and thoughtfully crafted beverages. As a bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain a well-organized bar, and work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about cocktails, wine, food, and hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Complete opening and closing duties, including stocking, polishing glassware, and preparing garnishes and ingredients
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant standards
• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests seated at the bar and throughout the dining room when required
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar before, during, and after service
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all applicable liquor laws and restaurant policies
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS procedures
• Assist with ongoing bar organization, cleanliness, and maintenance

*QUALIFICATIONS*

• 3+ years of experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant
• A passion for hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and restaurant culture
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, or a genuine desire to continue developing this knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
• Smart Serve certification is required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
