Job Description

You are involved in projects from the quotation stage and contribute ideas regarding technical and organizational feasibility. As soon as a project comes in, you ensure that everything behind the scenes is well-arranged. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and coordinating technical projects from quotation to delivery;
• Drafting and monitoring project schedules;
• Managing and coordinating the procurement of materials and components;
• Aligning activities with sales, engineering, production, procurement, and shipping;
• Monitoring delivery times, costs, quality, and progress;
• Processing and maintaining project data in the ERP-systeem;
• Checking technical specifications and customer requirements;
• Thinking along about technical solutions and the manufacturability of products;
• Ensuring that production has the correct materials, drawings, and information;
• Coordinating special transport when a project requires it.

Job Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Have completed an mbo or hbo education in Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde, or a similar technical field;
• Have experience as a Werkvoorbereider, Projectcoördinator, or in a similar technical position;
• Have technical insight and enjoy understanding how products and production processes work;
• Are proactive and take initiative independently;
• Can easily switch between different departments and tasks;
• Naturally maintain an overview and know how to involve colleagues in the planning;
• Are strong communicators and can collaborate well;
• Have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
