What awaits you > Management and organization of employees, setting priorities in the assigned department > Monitoring and ensuring compliance with standard procedures and processes > Setting priorities for repairs of technological equipment > Contact and coordination with specialists during more complex repairs > Ensuring compliance with established key performance indicators > Ensuring efficient use of time during technological equipment downtime > Supporting the implementation of new repair procedures > Participating in projects and activities with service and specialist departments
What you need for this job: > At least secondary education (maturita) with a mechanical focus > Experience in managing employees is an advantage > Knowledge of the SAP system > General knowledge of rubber technology > Flexibility, loyalty, and the ability to interact with people > Knowledge of Windows operating systems > Responsibility for the result > English at a communicative level
