6-month internship Starting January 2027 Management of Tour de France hospitality for all Group divisions in France and interface with the German headquarters for EMEA needs setting up the tracking platform (quota allocation, drafting invitations, monitoring occupancy) training internal users on the platform administration of satisfaction surveys Collaborate and assist in the deployment of the Tour de France activation plan as a whole support the marketing team and interact with the event agency drafting specifications, budget, planning design of related communication materials operational monitoring of the implementation of internal challenges Being present on D-day during internal or external events related to other brand partnerships or activations monitoring proper deployment and execution liaison between teams management of potential issues Interface & operational support with other brand partnerships Preparation of summary presentations on the operations conducted
