Your tasks

Job Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized warehouse management professional to join our team at our plant in Otrokovice in the Czech Republic. In this position, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining optimal organization of warehouse stocks. Thanks to your attention to detail and drive for operational excellence, you will play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations.

What your tasks will be

• Conduct weekly operational meetings with the warehouse service provider and monitor their warehousing activities.
• Coordinate repairs and investments in finished goods warehouses with the warehouse service provider and the construction division.
• Prepare documentation and electronic requests for investment activities in the Plant Operation division.
• Monitor the currency and compliance of central quality documentation and manage LPA audits in the warehouses.
• Resolve quantity and price claims.
• Prepare analyses for the Plant Operation division and participate in warehouse innovation projects.
• Represent colleagues from the transport and SCP departments as needed.

Requirements

What you need for this job

• University education
• Professional experience of several years is an advantage
• Professional knowledge of English
• Advanced PC skills
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a conceptual approach
• Advanced communication skills and the ability to act independently
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Responsibility for the outcome
