Your mission Within the Fleet Solutions France team, you will contribute to the definition and deployment of the commercial and marketing strategy in order to increase the performance and competitiveness of the business. As a true partner to the sales teams, you will provide strategic analyses, manage development projects, and support decisions through your market and pricing expertise. Your main responsibilities Commercial policy and strategy Participate in the definition and implementation of the Fleet Solutions France commercial strategy. Participate in the development and implementation of the commercial policy for the "Trade" activity (retailers and service providers) and coordinate the preparation of early-year customer presentations. Identify and analyze development potential among customers and prospects. Design and deploy sales support tools for the sales teams. Participate in the development of new Business models with the arrival of digital solutions (artificial intelligence). Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic projects in collaboration with different departments. Privileged interlocutor for Trade accounts Coordinate and manage relations and actions with certain retail chains (Trade). Interlocutor for iKAm (international key account managers) for the relevant accounts. Coordinate sell in/sell out actions and animations for Heavy Duty vehicles for the customers in your portfolio. Development of "indirect business" (partnership agreements) Participate in the promotion of our services and solutions for the sales force. Implementation of an support policy for indirect business Industrial Fleets (partnership contracts, groupings, Sell Out animations, sales support tools...). Responsible for the development and monitoring of the "indirect business" platform. Activity monitoring Participate in the monthly FC (Heavy Duty tire). Ensure the monitoring of provisions (commercial policy) with controlling. Participate in and facilitate the management of commercial and marketing budgets.
Education and experience Graduate of a business school or holder of a Bac +4/5 in Commerce, Marketing, or Strategy. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the heavy-duty, transport, or B2B mobility sector. Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken, is essential. Technical skills Excellent mastery of the Pack Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good mastery of data analysis and reporting tools. Solid skills in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and pricing. Personal qualities Strong capacity for analysis, synthesis, and recommendation. Customer orientation and business sense. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Spirit of initiative, curiosity, and capacity for innovation. Leadership, capacity to influence, and power of persuasion.
