Your tasks

• Develop work plans for machinery, labor, and materials to meet the established ticket.
• Guarantee production scheduling by machine to optimize its utilization and make optimal use of resources.
• Validate maintenance programs to define priorities together with the maintenance coordinator and guarantee compliance with the production ticket.
• Control inventory levels in each of the processes within the area.
• Deployment & Execution of strategies with BT & 24/7 for the fulfillment of the Department's KPI´s.
• Coordinate the work of the personnel assigned to the area, through the efficient distribution of personnel and guaranteeing the fulfillment of established objectives.
• Manage the manning assigned to each of the shifts to make efficient use of the assigned resources.
• Define the training needs of the area personnel, through joint work with the training area for the detection of personnel Training needs.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the quality system guidelines in the area.
• Manage and ensure the organization's processes and the necessary resources so that the Quality Management System of your process complies with applicable standards (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) and the Specific Customer Requirements in order to ensure the intended outputs, which contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external customers; likewise, it must promote leadership, process approach, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical).
• 5 years of experience in a similar position. / 5 years of experience as a Shift Leader of the area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the process.
• 5 years of experience in the administration of employed and unionized personnel.
• Advanced English
• Personnel management indispensable
