Update data reports related to Purchasing. Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP. Follow up with Suppliers. Monitoring of Purchase Order approvals. Monitor travel expenses (hotels, airfare, vehicle rental, etc.); Perform general administrative activities; Support the sales team in various purchasing processes (business cards, gifts, etc).

Currently studying Administration and Foreign Trade. Intermediate English. Intermediate Office Package (Excel and Power BI mandatory) Differentials: Technical: advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI; Behavioral: Integrator, Administrator, and Analytical.
