We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager responsible for leading strategic technical projects related to the development, industrialization, and improvement of manufacturing processes. As a true cross-functional coordinator, you will ensure the complete management of the projects entrusted to you, from the definition phase to their implementation, guaranteeing compliance with cost, deadline, quality, and safety objectives. Lead industrial projects in a multi-sector environment. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones. Develop, monitor, and update project schedules. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the projects. Monitor work progress and lead project meetings. Identify, analyze, and manage technical, financial, and organizational risks. Guarantee compliance with HSE, quality, and industrial performance requirements. Manage suppliers and external service providers within the framework of projects. Participate in the integration of new technologies and the optimization of manufacturing processes. Ensure regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
Education Engineering Degree or Technical Master's with a specialization in project management, industrial engineering, mechanics, automation, or an equivalent field. Experience At least 5 years of experience in industrial project management. Proven experience in simultaneously managing several projects of varying complexity. Good knowledge of industrial processes, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sector. Skills Mastery of project management methodologies. Strong coordination and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to work in a complex and international organization. Excellent communication and team facilitation skills. Analytical mindset, autonomy, and sense of initiative. Good professional English level, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
