- The control and planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring the scheduling and planning of services and the mobilization of personnel to the workplace within the expected timeframe.

- Prepare and schedule, together with the inspector, supervisors, and manager, the services to be executed in the following week, preparing spreadsheets and forwarding them to management and the client when requested.
- Responsible for controlling the service routine of Continental Services (daily maintenance reports, monthly service order reports, maintenance shutdown scheduling), as well as organizing the teams that will execute the services, together with supervision/management.
- Act in the mediation and management of billing processes and the monitoring and measurement of activities through statistical data.
Qualifications
- Completed Higher Education in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience as a maintenance service scheduler/planner.
- IT knowledge with proficiency in MS Project.
- IT knowledge with proficiency in Excel.
- Skill and knowledge of a foreign language.
- Agility for calculations.
- Ability for concentration/attention.
