What should you take into account to apply for the position?

Have professional studies in administration, engineering, naval sciences, or related careers. Manage the English language at an intermediate level to communicate effectively with different international trade agents. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supervision, field work, production, and/or logistics; this will allow you to successfully assume the Supervisor role and effectively lead operations. Have availability to work on-site and perform rotating shifts to ensure the continuous flow of operations. Have knowledge in resource administration, management indicators, logistics, and transport to carry out efficient operations management. Be willing to learn, work in a team, make decisions, seek the fastest and most efficient way to solve problems, have a service attitude, and be oriented toward compliance with rules and procedures. Your mission in the role:

Supervise and monitor container loading and unloading, rolling stock, breakbulk, and other types of cargo at the pier and yard; this is important to guarantee compliance with planning, efficiency, and safety in every operation, contributing to the competitiveness of the Port and global economic growth.
