Fault Service Employee

As a Finance Manager at ContactCare, you will take responsibility for the entire financial function: from closings and administration to management information, data, and support for the management.

At ContactCare, you will work for the fault service of one of the largest energy companies in Europe. Thousands of households in, among others, Amsterdam, Almere, and the Utrecht region receive their heat via this company's heating network. If that heat fails, you are the voice on the phone. You bring calm, initiate the correct actions, and only hang up once the customer knows what to expect.

What will you do?

Not your standard customer service job. You help people in urgent situations, such as:

• Problems with (district) heating
• Faults where quick switching is required

You ask the right questions, map out the situation clearly, and ensure that help arrives quickly. You build trust in a few minutes, so that the customer feels heard and you arrive at the best solution together.

What we offer

• The opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. Within these times, you are flexibly deployable, naturally within the availability that you communicate to us.
• Choose the number of working hours that suits you: 24-28 hours per week.
• Hybrid: 2 days in the office and the rest from home. You will receive the laptop and headset from us.
• Paid training partially in the office + coaching to develop yourself

What we ask

• You are calm, empathetic, and think in solutions
• You speak English well
• You listen well and ask follow-up questions
• You switch quickly and pick up new systems easily
• You have experience in telephone customer service

Employment conditions

• Via NewWorkFlex, you earn €22,- per hour. Your agreement and payment proceed via New Work Flex; you work through them without the difficulties of administration and taxes.
