Your tasks

An important company is looking for a DISPATCHER to support the management and monitoring of dispatch and distribution operations.

• Maintain permanent communication with drivers during the shift.
• Monitor the status of routes and manage updates/incidents.
• Communicate incidents and updates to the client through established platforms.
• Prepare shift reports and record information accurately.
• Identify critical situations and escalate them promptly to management.
• Ensure an adequate handover of information between shifts.

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High school graduate.
• Experience between 1 and 2 years.
• Fluency in English for communication.
• Experience or knowledge in logistics, dispatch, tracking, or operations coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with multiple routes and manage situations under pressure.
• Effective communication skills with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Good organizational, monitoring, and attention to detail skills.

Experience as a Dispatcher, Tracking Assistant, in last-mile logistics, fleet management, dispatch, or call centers will be especially valued.

Schedule: availability from Sunday to Sunday between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., according to the schedule (shifts). Availability to work on Colombian holidays is required.
