Financial Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of a small company. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as preparing and maintaining accurate cash flow projections to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices

Process accounts payable, including verifying and reconciling vendor invoices

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and analyze variances

Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
