Position: Massage Therapist and Spa Therapist
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Perform therapeutic, relaxing, deep tissue, facial massages, and other body treatments according to the spa menu.
- Personalize each session, listening and adapting to the needs of each guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Prepare the cabins before and after each service, maintaining a clean, orderly, and relaxing environment.
- Stay updated on techniques, trends, and products in the wellness sector.
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and occupational health protocols.
- Promote additional services and well-being products when appropriate, always from a place of empathy.
- Actively collaborate with the team to ensure an integral experience aligned with the hotel's values.
What is the purpose of the role?
To provide high-quality massage experiences and body therapies that promote the physical and emotional well-being of guests, meeting the highest service standards of a 5-star hotel.
Mandatory requirements:
- Degree or certification in therapeutic massage or related techniques, recognized nationally or internationally.
- Verifiable experience in similar positions.
- Specific training in the area.
- Knowledge in cosmetology.
- Basic or intermediate English proficiency.
- Wide availability.
Desirable requirements:
- Certifications in alternative or specialized therapies (e.g., shiatsu, reflexology, aromatherapy).
- Proactive attitude, service orientation, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and continuously update skills.
Work zone and modality:
Location: Oroño and Circunvalación, in a 5-star hotel. Full-time, occasional contract. In-person modality according to hotel requirements.
