At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a major family-owned company leading the manufacturing of boilers, rendering equipment, and tanks for the oil and gas industry, located in Esperanza, Santa Fe.
The main objective of the position will be to comprehensively coordinate and supervise the company's manufacturing projects, leading the team of Project Managers and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction, in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the team of Project Managers, guiding their development and management criteria.
- Supervise and plan the execution of ongoing projects.
- Monitor compliance with schedules and deliverables at each stage of the project.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: progress reports, meeting minutes, and final documentation.
- Maintain fluid and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal areas.
- Manage risks and define contingency and recovery plans.
- Perform occasional site visits to follow up on equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Safety, Logistics, and Administration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating projects, ideally with teams in charge and management responsibility.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry or in projects linked to construction sites, equipment, or industrial materials will be valued.
- Proficiency in MS Project, advanced Excel, ERP, and project management tools.
- Basic/intermediate English.
- Portuguese (desirable, not mandatory).
- Availability to travel to sites (mainly Vaca Muerta) approximately one week per month.
- Residence in Esperanza or surrounding areas (within a radius of 80-100 km).
