Assistant (m/f/d) HR

Position: Assistant (m/f/d) HR full-time Location: Darmstadt Employment type: Full-time, temporary (12 months) via Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (AÜG) Start: soon Remuneration: €45,000 - €48,000 gross/year

Your area of responsibility:

• Administrative support for HR Business Partners in central HR processes (e.g., Performance Reviews, promotion and bonus rounds, succession planning, Recruiting)
• Coordination and organization of HR team meetings including agenda creation, follow-up of measures, and maintenance of meeting tools
• Support for Learning-&-Development activities, particularly training bookings and coordination with internal and external contact persons
• Coordination and administration of university and student internship programs
• Maintenance and administration of HR documentation, digital personnel files, as well as HR systems and dashboards with relevant KPIs
• Substitution and support tasks within the HR department (e.g., secretariat, Recruiting coordination)

Your profile includes:

• Completed training or qualification in the field of Human Resources is an advantage
• Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Strong teamwork skills, proactive way of working, and confident appearance at all organizational levels
• Initial experience in the HR environment desirable
• Good IT and computer skills; very good MS-Office skills, especially MS Excel, is an advantage
