Technical Assistant - Method Expert | M/F/D – Reference: #001220

Your tasks:

• Independent execution of complex, time-critical analyses (endotoxin analysis via GelClot, UV-Scan, TOC analysis) and review of analysis results
• Primary contact person (expert) for an analysis method including the creation and coordination of regulations
• Participation in method qualifications, validations, and verifications
• Planning, execution, and documentation of functional tests and maintenance measures on analytical devices
• Coordination with other departments as well as contact with manufacturers, service technicians, and customers (also in English)
• Planning and management of special activities, particularly troubleshooting
• Induction and training of new employees in the team
• Working mode: 2nd or 3rd shift, on-call duty, and weekend shifts

Your profile:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or similar, or completed training as Chemielaborant*in, Biologielaborant*in, CTA, BTA, MTA, or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience (at least 5 years)
• Several years of professional experience in a GMP laboratory environment
• Expertise in TOC or UV Scan / SoloVPE analysis
• Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and high commitment
• Willingness to work shifts including night and weekend work as well as on-call duties

The position is full-time, but can also be filled part-time at 50% - 100%
