For an internationally successful pharmaceutical company in Upper Swabia, we are looking for, starting from 01.09.2026, initially limited until 30.04.2027, in part-time 50% and within the framework of ANÜ:

Materials and Supply Chain Planner in Part-time | M/F/D – Reference: #1221

Your task:

• The focus is on the organization and coordination of national and international shipping processes for various materials from the development unit – including planning, coordination, and tracking of deliveries
• Maintenance and further development of master data for all relevant products in the system
• Execution of demand planning and disposition as well as support in the planning and procurement of selected raw materials
• Monitoring and controlling stocks while ensuring demand-oriented warehouse availability
• Coordination of material deliveries as well as ensuring timely availability for production

Your profile:

• Completed degree (Bachelor) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or completed commercial training with relevant and long-term professional experience (at least 5 years) in the Supply Chain environment
• Sound experience in the organization and coordination of international shipping processes as well as in operational Supply Chain Management
• Very good SAP knowledge, especially in the areas of order processing, material master data, and disposition
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working combined with strong organizational skills
• High communication and teamwork skills, even in a matrix organization, as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
