The Role

• Leading the bar team on shift and keeping service fast and friendly.
• Opening, closing and cashing up the bar accurately.

• Managing stock, deliveries and cellar standards.
• Training new team members and setting high service standards.

• Resolving customer queries with confidence.

About You

• Bar or hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
• A positive leader who motivates a team.

• Good knowledge of drinks and licensing responsibilities.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
