Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

Complete site supervision from substructure to superstructure, blockwork, and finishes. Interpretation of construction drawings, ensuring zero deviation on site. Rigorous material reconciliation and site inventory control to curb waste. Subcontractor, artisan, and direct labor coordination to meet strict project timelines. Prepare, cross-check, and track daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports against the master project schedule. Interface with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) and Lagos State Safety Commission guidelines

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience
