Programming Engineer - Specialist

We are looking for a Programming Engineer to join our work team. In this position, you will be key in developing and optimizing web applications and automation solutions that drive business efficiency, ensuring quality, scalability, and information integrity.

Functions:

• Develop and maintain ERP/CRM modules using Laravel, Filament PHP, Livewire, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement business logic using the Action pattern (lorisleiva/laravel-actions) to maintain clean and decoupled code.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas in PostgreSQL (complex queries, partial indexes, JSONB structures, and ACID transactions).
• Implement granular access control (RBAC) through Spatie Permission and event auditing with Spatie ActivityLog.
• Execute static code analysis using PHPStan/Larastan (Level 5) to guarantee software quality and typing before runtime.
• Manage asynchronous processing queues and background tasks using Redis and Laravel Horizon.
• Technically document the architecture, data dictionary, and created endpoints/interfaces.
• Collaborate with the Systems and Infrastructure Management in continuous deployment (CI/CD) using Docker Compose and AWS environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in Backend development with PHP and Laravel.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years developing administrative panels with Filament PHP and Livewire.
• Experience in design, optimization, and advanced queries in PostgreSQL (JSONB, Triggers, Indexes).
• Version control management with Git and localized environments with Docker / Docker Compose.
• Languages and Frameworks: PHP 8.x, Laravel 10+, Filament v3/v5, Livewire 3+, HTML5, TailwindCSS.
• Database & Caching: PostgreSQL 15+, Redis.
• Tools and Patterns: Laravel Actions, Spatie Permissions/ActivityLog, PHPStan/Larastan, Horizon, Docker.
• Infrastructure: Nginx, basic concepts of deployment in AWS/Linux.
