Design Office Coordinator M/F

Your missions Reporting to the R&D Manager, you ensure the coordination and design implementation of new products as well as the evolution of existing products, in compliance with technical, regulatory, and economic requirements. In this capacity, you are notably responsible for:

• Formalizing the functional and technical specifications of products;
• Studying preliminary designs and development projects;
• Designing and updating product nomenclatures;
• Administering technical data in the PDM and guaranteeing compliance with associated procedures;
• Preparing manufacturing files (plans, diagrams, nomenclatures, and ERP data);
• Participating in cost analysis and validating the economic viability of projects;
• Designing or improving the tooling necessary for manufacturing;
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, technical data sheets, procedures);
• Sizing the mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical components of products;
• Participating in continuous improvement and the company's quality processes.

You work in close collaboration with the Production, Methods, Purchasing, QHSE, and ADV departments, as well as with our suppliers, subcontractors, and certain customers.

Your profile With higher technical education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in mechanical design, industrial engineering, or equivalent, you have proven successful experience within an industrial design office.

You master:

• Project management;
• CAD tools, notably SolidWorks;
• PDM document management tools;
• The use of an ERP, ideally Navision;
• Office tools;
• Professional technical English.

Knowledge in sheet metal, mechanics, refrigeration, and electricity will be particularly appreciated.
