Compliance and Risk Manager

This position will act with a focus on supporting the concession of the Complexo Esportivo Serra Dourada, being essential to ensure the integrity and compliance of activities related to this strategic project.

Responsibilities and assignments Coordinate the execution of the Integrity Program, aligned with the group's guidelines, according to the needs and exposure to legal, financial, image, and reputation risks; and ensuring compliance with current legislation, regulations, corporate policies, procedures, and contracts; Ensure an ethical, independent, and professional posture of the area with its interlocutors, promoting an image of rigor, seriousness, and trust, consistent with the relationship lines and the need to handle matters related to integrity; Coordinate risk management and internal control activities (analysis of the internal environment; setting objectives; identification of risk events; quantitative and qualitative assessment of risks; risk responses; control activities; information and communications; and monitoring); Develop and monitor risk indicators; advise the company's areas in the development of action plans to mitigate risks to levels compatible with its appetite; the follow-up of action plans and validation of implemented actions; the development of mechanisms for identification, measurement, recording, and communication of operational losses; Ensure governance over the preparation and maintenance of corporate policies, verifying work methods and procedures and seeking to safeguard the Company's interests regarding compliance with relevant legislation; Disseminate the culture of Compliance and Risk Management in the Company, through the development of periodic training, as well as ensuring the preparation and implementation of a respective communication plan; Evaluate and recommend preventive and corrective actions to ensure the Company's performance in compliance with policies, standards, procedures, laws, regulations, and contracts; and promote improvement.

Requirements and qualifications Completed Higher Education; MBA / Post-Graduation; Office Package and advanced Excel; English; Good Interpersonal Relationship; Essential availability for travel.
