Procurement Intern

Job Mission:To know and apply theoretical knowledge learned in practice, developing your skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Enabling the technical exercise of the profession by providing experience in the field in which you wish to develop.Responsibilities and assignmentsAssist the team in managing performance processes and procurement management, as well as in preparing presentations, assisting in the preparation and control of action plans; Assist management in the strategic planning of the procurement area; Follow up on actions to finalize internal and external audit actions and other actions addressed to Procurement; Preparation of minutes and scheduling of meetings; Support the documentation and cataloging of reports and datasets published in the Power BI environment; Interact with business users to gather information about area dashboards; Contribute to the governance of the environment — organization of workspaces, validation of access, and best practices; Learn about cloud data architecture with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, and Lakehouse; Participate in AI Data Readiness initiatives, preparing the data environment for future artificial intelligence use.Requirements and qualificationsAs basic requirements, you must have:Currently pursuing Higher Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or related areas.
